The most uncontaminated and fascinating parts of Sardinia in touch with people escorted by a local “insider”. An intense tour designed around our unique accommodations: a worth­living experience in itself. The perfect balance through ancient traditions, food culture, hospitality and magnificent views.

Day 1, Upon your arrival at Cagliari airport, you’ll be greeted by your personal English-speaking guide and local insider Ivo. Welcome aperitif at Calamosca with a wonderful view then exploration of suggestive Poetto beach and flamingos tour. You’ll get to experience sea urchins and you’ll have the chance to taste a delicious see urchins pasta at a simple yet picturesque beach restaurant –bar. Stroll through the historical city centre with your guide.

 Day 2, Discover the colorful and characteristic local market of San Benedetto. Your guide will teach you to distinguish the different products and to recognize the freshest and most flavorful ones. Tasting at the market (lunch). During the afternoon you will visit the mud-bricks traditional house in Villamassargia in which you’ll enjoy a hands-on cooking lesson (where you'll learn how to prepare home-made pasta) followed by a dinner of what you’ve prepared. You can spend the rest of the day to wander through the village centre and visit the ancient church.

Day 3, Exploration of Porto Flavia dismissed mines and visit of Pan di Zucchero cliff. You’ll have a pocket lunch in the dazzling Cala Domestica beach and then you’ll experience a knife-maker’s workshop in the village of Arbus.

You'll visit Piscinas beach and the highest sand dunes in Europe, included in the Unesco World Heritage List. Check-in and fish dinner at the Hotel Lucrezia.

Day 4, Let yourself be amazed by Mont’e Prama Giants (in the Cabras Museum). Guided visit of the ancient Phoenician city of Tharros. Immerse yourself in the past of this legendary city and discover its history. You'll enjoy a tour of the best Sinis beaches. The lunch will be at Mari Ermi in a traditional “reed falasco”. In the afternoon you’ll experience a Vernaccia cellars tour, wine tasting inclusive. Free dinner in the village.

Day 5, Visit of “Su Nuraxi” a nuragic archaeological site in Barumini, included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. You’ll explore the Giara di Gesturi plateau, a high and steep-sided basaltic plateau with a surface of more than 40 square kilometers where a local and unique in its species small dark horse lives. Lunch in a traditional oil mill where you’ll taste local products and oil and guided tour with the owner. You’ll visit an ethnographic museum and an old bakery where you’ll discover the secrets of bread making. Dinner with a local family in their house.

Day 6, Visit of the renowned local winery Olianas where you’ll learn everything about the wine tradition. You will have the chance to enjoy the local atmosphere by meeting centenarians and talk to them about longevity secrets. "Sheperd lunch" in the countryside and in the afternoon you’ll enjoy an hands-on cooking lesson where you’ll discover ancient recipes, dismissed tools and centenarians meal. After dinner you’ll experience a ‘launeddas’ private concert and a demonstration Sardinian dance.

Day 7, Depending on your flight departure time at leisure or/ and visit of the Archaeological National Museum of Cagliari. Transfer to the airport.
